Operating in full compliance with the Digital Commerce and Consumer Protection Laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Nature of Service & Legal Classification

TakeTop (“the Platform”) is a commercial digital promotional marketplace and live meritocratic leaderboard operating in Bangladesh under relevant digital commerce, ICT, and consumer protection guidelines.

The Platform provides digital promotional real estate, high-visibility sponsored rankings, and direct attribution click-routing for startups, enterprises, e-commerce stores, and digital content creators.

50% Giving Pledge & Operating Model (CSR)

TakeTop operates on a voluntary, legally binding Corporate Social Responsibility model:

  • Mandatory 50% Social Impact Allocation: Exactly fifty percent (50%) of all gross promotional revenue received from brand bidding is dedicated directly to verified humanitarian aid, food security, student education grants, emergency medical assistance, and flood relief in Bangladesh.
  • Platform Operations & Infrastructure (50%): The remaining 50% of revenue funds high-availability cloud servers, database infrastructure, real-time webhooks, payment gateway fees, platform security, and continuous product engineering to maintain and improve the service.
  • Direct Ground Aid & Pooled Foundation Donations: Humanitarian assistance is deployed through agile direct distributions for immediate local needs, and accumulated into larger lump-sum funds donated to verified charitable foundations for broad, nationwide impact.
  • Commercial Entity Status: TakeTop is a commercial IT-enabled promotional platform. Brand bids are commercial advertising placement fees for digital rank visibility, not public donations.
  • Open Public Ledger: All gross revenue, direct relief distributions, and foundation donations are documented and published for public audit and transparency.

Bidding, Payments & Transaction Verification

All transactions on TakeTop are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and processed via Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or debit/credit cards.

  • Manual & Gateway Verification: Every bid submitted with a Transaction ID (TrxID) is verified against merchant ledger records before leaderboard rank is updated. Fraudulent or fake TrxIDs will result in immediate disqualification and blacklisting.
  • No Refunds Policy: Because rank positions and 50% humanitarian allocations are locked upon confirmation, all promotional placement bids are non-refundable.

Community Guidelines & Restricted Content

To maintain a safe and lawful platform for all users and sponsors in Bangladesh, the following categories are strictly prohibited:

  • Gambling, betting, or illegal wagering websites.
  • Deceptive schemes, pyramid/MLM scams, or fraudulent financial products.
  • Hate speech, illegal contraband, or content violating Bangladesh Cyber Security laws.
  • Explicit, adult, or defamatory content.

TakeTop reserves the absolute right to remove any listing violating these standards without refund.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Platform Integrity & Anti-Fraud

Automated bot traffic, click manipulation, or unauthorized vulnerability probing is strictly prohibited. Any listing attempting to spoof traffic metrics or abuse the public leaderboard will be permanently revoked.
